Yin Yoga 25-HR Foundations Training
Yin Yoga 25-HR Foundations Training
What is the Yin in Yinsa?
Looking for more balance in your life? In the state of our current world, people are beginning to realize that the constant go-go-go attitude is taking a toll on our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. One of the foundational practices in the LiveYinsa collective includes healing the body using Yin Yoga - a practice aimed at stressing the connective tissue to release stored emotions and stagnant energy that eventually leads to physical illness. In this training, you will learn the fundamental postures of yin yoga, as well as practices specifically aimed at relieving stress and tension in specific areas of the body. You will learn which postures to use for which ailments or traumas, as well as which to avoid when experiencing certain challenges.
Join Daniele Gates for a weekend of learning and exploring the world of Yin Yoga while incorporating herbal remedies and practices to nourish Yin energy. This will be a Trauma-informed yoga training to help release tension from connective tissue and restore the balance of Yin and Yang in the body.
